PAUL J. RICHARDS
Director of Learning and Project Management
Paul "PJ" Richards joined Metro as the Director of Learning and Project Management in 2012. He is responsible for the professional development of Metro storage employees, sales and marketing programs and projects supporting store operations.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Richards had twenty years experience in corporate learning, organizational development and talent management with Motorola and CVS Caremark. Mr. Richards served as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the United States Air Force, earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa and received his MBA from DePaul University.
