DANIEL HRYCZYK

Daniel Hryczyk is Chief Financial Officer of Metro Storage LLC.  In this capacity, Mr. Hryczyk is responsible for the oversight, functions and financial controls of the finance and accounting department.  Prior to his role as CFO, Mr. Hryczyk was the firm’s Senior Financial Analyst, overseeing the analysis and due diligence of new self storage ventures, acquisitions, developments and asset management projections.

Prior to joining Metro in 2006, Mr. Hryczyk had over nine years of experience in commercial real estate, having held accounting and finance positions with Equity Office Properties and General Growth Properties, two publicly-traded REITs.  Mr. Hryczyk earned his BA in Finance from Michigan State University, and his MBA from DePaul University.
