Investment Strategy


Metro focuses on the acquisition or development of individual self storage properties generally ranging in value from $10 million to $25 million, or larger portfolios. Metro employs opportunistic and value-add strategies to invest in self storage real estate assets throughout the U.S. specifically focusing on MSAs with populations of greater than 1,000,000. Our current geographic footprint of properties is concentrated in these MSAs, offering the opportunity to create value through economies of scale and operational efficiencies.
