Metro Storage LLC is committed to providing employees with affordable, comprehensive insurance coverage. Benefits are available to full-time employees within their first 90 days of employment.
Employees are offered a High Deductible PPO plan and Health Savings Account for low monthly premiums. Employees will be given options to enroll in coverage for employee only, employee plus child(ren), employee plus spouse, or family coverage.
Dental benefits include preventive services, plus other services including emergency services and orthodontics. Employees will be given options to enroll in coverage for employee only, employee plus child(ren), employee plus spouse, or family coverage.
Vision benefits include preventive services with low copays, plus allowances for frames and discounted lenses.
Group Life Insurance
Metro Storage LLC provides every full-time employee with a $50,000 group life insurance policy at no cost to the employee.
Short Term Disability
Short Term Disability is provided at no cost to the employee. Short Term Disability Insurance insures an employee’s salary in case of a disability that lasts more than 7 days up to 12 weeks. The paid benefit is 60% of monthly salary.
Long Term Disability
Full-time employees may enroll in a Long Term Disability plan. Long Term Disability Insurance insures an employee’s salary in case of a disability that lasts more than 90 days. The paid benefit is 60% of monthly salary.
Full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) and/or the Roth 401 (k) plan on the first of the month following 90 days of employment. Employees may contribute from 1% to 15% of annual salary. Wide ranges of investment options are available.
Paid Time Off
Full-time employees with up to 5 years of service earn and accrue 16 PTO days per 12-month period. After 5 years of service, employees earn and accrue 21 days of PTO per 12-month period.
Metro Storage LLC observes 8 paid holidays annually.
